Mr. Chakor L. Doshi, Chairman
- Renders valuable advice to the company in the matters of strategic planning, organization building and new business initiatives
- Holds the position of Chairman since 1998; prior to which he has served as MD of the company for 10 years
- Holds board position in other Indian public limited companies and private limited companies
- Holds M.S. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from University of Michigan, U.S.A.
Dr. Prabhat Kumar , Director
- Former Chairman and Managing Director of Bhartiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI) during 2012 to 2014 and prior to this, he held various senior positions in NPCIL and ITER.
- Having 4 decades of experience in the nuclear domain wherein he has worked for thermal nuclear reactors, fast-breeder reactors and fusion reactor.
- Dr. Prabhat Kumar has done Mechanical Engineering and is a Fellow member of the Indian National Academy of Engineers, the Indian Institute of Non-Destructive Testing and the Indian Institute of Welding. He has also done PhD on Mega Project Management.
Mrs. Rupal Vora, Director
- Graduated with a B.Com. Degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai University in 1983 and also a LLB Graduated from Government College, Mumbai University
- She has also done a course in USA Taxes with H & R Block.
- She is a practicing Advocate, specializing in Direct Taxes.
- She has previously worked with M/s Rashmi Zaveri and Company, Chartered Accountants and Mr. Y. P. Trivedi, Advocate Supreme Court.
- She is the member of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association and Federation of Integrated Conflict Management (FICM) & Mediation and Conciliation Network (MCN).
Mr. Jayesh Dadia, Director
- He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Graduated with a B.Com. Degree from Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai University
- He is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm named Jayesh Dadia & Associates LLP with over 40 years of experience in the profession.
- He has extensive knowledge of Income Tax Act, Companies Act, Audit & Accounting Standard.
- He has handled various assignments relating to Special Audit of Government undertakings, Concurrent & Statutory Audit of the Banks, Income Tax litigation before Appellate Authority, Corporate Restructuring matters, Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters and investigation work.
Mr. G S Agrawal, Whole-Time Director & Company Secretary
- He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has done Masters in Commerce.
- He is having experience of more than 3 decades at senior positions in various Private Sector Organizations.
- He has knowledge and experience in Company Secretarial, Legal, Taxation and Finance functions.
- Currently he is working with the company as Vice President (Legal and Taxation) and Company Secretary since 2009.
- He is also associated as Director in Private Limited Company.
